We'll go room to room and show you how each space either helps or hinders your healthy habits and overall wellness. You'll get easy and practical solutions to fix the problem areas. We're not talking remodeling, we're talking simple things that go a very long way. Functional and beautiful design to create spaces that embrace your healthy habits as much as you do.

  • A walk through of your home discussing the 5 key Interior Design Wellness factors that promote healthy habits and wellness  

  • Recommendations for simple, practical ways your house can help you reach your wellness goals

  • How color can dramatically help or hinder your habits

  • If needed, new paint color recommendations

  • Simple ways your furniture layout can reduce stress

  • How plan for decluttering (if needed) 

  • Easy ways your rooms can instantly feel more inviting and welcoming to you and to your guests

  • How lighting affects spaces and moods

  • We'll discuss each of the 7 Keystone Habits and what changes that promotes these habits.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Factors such as the size of your home and level of detail we go in will determine if two hours is enough time.

By the end of the Consultation, you'll have a new vision for your home and how it can help you stick to your healthy habits. You'll have a  plan to get it accomplished.
