These paint sample sheets are incredibly accurate.
How to look at paint sheets accurately:

Buy a few of each color. Although the color sheet IS accurate — your eyes won't perceive it as it will look on the wall. The larger the color area the more accurate the color will appear.
Colors tend to get lighter and more intense.

View the color sheets vertically (NOT on a flat on a table) as this is how light will hit the color.

Color sheets should only be viewed against white,
NOT your current wall color:
Get a couple large poster boards and adhere the sheets to the white poster board to isolate the color.

If the color sheets are placed against your current wall color, your eyes blend the two colors together and therefore you are not seeing the true color.

Remember, when your room is painted, the color will typically appear lighter and the undertone will become stronger.
